Age Suitability

MILK & COFFEE KIDS products are designed with specific developmental stages in mind. Recommended age ranges are provided on each product page for general guidance.
Please note that every child develops differently, and parental discretion should be used when selecting products.

Recommended for children ages 3+
Products containing small parts are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to choking hazard.
Adult supervision is always required at all times during use.
Shipping Policy

Subject to availability, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

MILK & COFFEE KIDS is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control and risk of loss passes to you.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
MILK & COFFEE KIDS is not responsible for packages that are delayed, seized, or returned by customs. We also can't guarantee that our products meet the regulatory or safety standards of countries outside the United States.
Returns Policy

We want you to love your MILK & COFFEE KIDS experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.
To qualify: Item must be unused. In original packaging. In resalable condition.
Proof of purchase required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion. If approved:

Processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We’ll work with you to find a fair solution - which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion, up to the purchase price of the affected item.
Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
