Frequently Asked Questions
What age group are MILK & COFFEE KIDS kits for?MILK & COFFEE KIDS products are designed with specific developmental stages in mind. Recommended age ranges are provided on each product page for general guidance.
Please note that every child develops differently, and parental discretion should be used when selecting products.
Unless otherwise noted:
Recommended for children ages 3+
Products containing small parts are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to choking hazard.
Adult supervision is required at all times.
How long does the whole kit take? Each activity could take 5 minutes or 15 depending on the conversation and pace that is set. If you chose to do all five activities at the same time, you might expect it to take an hour, though there's no pressure to rush. Some families spread the whole kit across a series of mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
What matters is presence, not perfection.
What's your return policy? We want you to love your MILK & COFFEE KIDS experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, proof of purchase is required and items must be:
Unused

In resale condition
How long does shipping take?Subject to availability, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
What's inside the kit?Your kit includes multiple individually wrapped surprise activities with beautifully designed activity instruction cards which will guide you and your child through your connection.
Your kit also includes everything you need for each activity.
Do I have to finish all the rituals before school starts? Not at all! You can do the "first day of school" ritual whenever you like during the school year. We totally get how tricky it can be to juggle back-to-school plans with everything else.
You could do all five activities on one day, or you could spread them out leading up to or after school starts. The moments and conversations will still be just as meaningful, and it will feel just as if you planned it that way.
